Scheduling
Scheduling is one of the most critical elements of the construction process. Bringing a project in 'on-time' can mean large savings. JKA provides scheduling
for all stages of a project. Schedules are prepared to incorporate the
client's specific needs and requirements using both Gantt and CPM charting
methods. In the event of a claim, the project schedule provides important
evidence for determining responsibility and cause.
Examples of Work Product Prepared by JKA Include:
- Critical path schedule for new construction / reconstruction
- Delay / acceleration analysis
- Impact / causation evaluations
- Manpower / resource loading
- Damage calculation (eg. Home office overhead, Eichleay formula)
- Two-week lookahead schedule and schedule updates
- Document review, analysis, and indexed back-up log of docments
