Mr. Kneppers has over 30 years experience in the construction industry, working on industrial, commercial and residential projects. He has provided project design, project management, estimating, and scheduling for projects in the United States and Africa. On numerous occasions Mr. Kneppers has provided testimony as an expert witness. His experience includes thousands of inspections of single and multi-family residences, defect analysis and repair designs. Mr. Kneppers has presented seminars on pertinent industry issues such as quality control and litigation prevention methods. Mr. Kneppers obtained a mechanical engineering degree from the Durban College for Advanced Technical Education. He is member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, American Society of Professional Engineers and is certified as an ICBO building inspector.
