Mr. Zilberleyb's background and experience include project management and estimating for heavy civil engineering and residential projects. His vast estimating experience includes preparation of estimates from conceptual design through final bids.
His educational background includes a B.S. in Civil and Structural Engineering obtained from the Moscow Institute of Railway Engineers in the U.S.S.R. He is a Professional Civil Engineer and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and American Concrete Institute.
